About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Diesel Win, an online casino and sportsbook operated by Win Top Ltd under an offshore licence issued by the Curaçao licensing authority. By registering an account and using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and we will notify you of material changes before they take effect. Continued use of Diesel Win following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Who May Play

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and play at Diesel Win. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that online gambling is lawful in your country of residence. Each person may hold only one account; duplicate accounts may be closed and any associated balances forfeited. Diesel Win does not accept players from countries where our services are restricted or prohibited by local law. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing our platform is permitted in your jurisdiction before registering.

Identity Verification

We are required to verify your identity before processing withdrawals and, in some cases, at other points during your use of our services. You may be asked to provide proof of identity, proof of address and proof of payment method. We will not release funds until satisfactory verification has been completed. Failure to provide the required documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension or closure of your account.

Deposits and Withdrawals

The minimum deposit at Diesel Win is £25, and the minimum withdrawal is also £25. We aim to process approved withdrawals in up to 3 hours. Accepted payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, Skrill, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Revolut, and cryptocurrency options including BTC, ETH, LTC, DOGE and USDT. All transactions are subject to our verification procedures and any applicable payment-provider requirements. We do not guarantee processing times where delays arise from third-party providers or pending identity checks.

Bonuses and Promotions

Diesel Win offers a range of bonuses and promotions, including our welcome package and ongoing offers for casino, sportsbook, VIP and crypto players. All bonuses carry their own specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements. For example, our welcome bonus carries a 40× wagering requirement and must be used within the applicable time limit. You should read the full bonus terms before opting in to any promotion. We reserve the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotion at our discretion.

Account Suspension and Fraud

We take the integrity of our platform seriously. We reserve the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, abuse, collusion, bonus abuse, or any other activity that breaches these terms or applicable law. In such cases, we may withhold funds pending investigation and, where appropriate, report the matter to relevant authorities.

Responsible Gambling

Diesel Win is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. We provide a range of responsible gambling tools, including deposit limits, session reminders and self-exclusion options. If you feel that gambling is negatively affecting you or someone you know, please make use of these tools or contact our support team. Self-exclusion requests will be acted upon promptly. We also encourage you to seek help from independent organisations that offer support for gambling-related concerns.

Changes to These Terms

Win Top Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide notice to registered players prior to the changes taking effect. It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically. If you do not agree with any updated terms, you should cease using our services and contact us to close your account.
